Alex has over twelve years’ experience in both the NHS and social care, in transformation and programme lead roles, focusing in particular on health & social care integration at place.
Prior to moving sector, Alex spent fifteen years in a series of senior leadership and consultancy roles with major commercial organisations, as well as with KPMG Consulting.
Alex is passionate about delivering improvements for the population, with a deep interest and specialism in delivering programmes of improvement for those living with frailty.
